All-Wisconsin & Junior All-Wisconsin Contests
Objective: To recognize the top heifers and cows exhibited by Wisconsin Holstein Association members at WHA shows each year.
Qualifications:

Animals must be owned completely or in partnership with at least one Wisconsin resident.

All owners/partners must be Wisconsin Holstein Association members.

Animal must have been shown at a minimum of one of the following shows:

Midwest National Spring Holstein Show

Wisconsin District Show
-
Wisconsin State Fair Holstein Show (junior or open show)

Wisconsin Summer Championship Holstein Show

For the junior contest, any animal entered must have been shown by one of the Wisconsin-resident junior owners at at least one of the qualifying shows.
Entry:

Entries may be submitted using the online form by November 1 of the contest year.

All-Wisconsin entries should include show results for the current year and must include results from any of the qualifying shows where the animal was exhibited.

Junior All-Wisconsin entries should include show results from the current year, including any of the qualifying shows, but should include only results from shows where the animal was exhibited as a junior-owned animal.

Must include a professional photo and scan of the registration paper showing correct ownership.

Exhibitors found to be untruthful with submitted show placings will be disqualified from participating in the current and following year contest.
Judging:

A panel of judges made up of the District Show judges will individually review all entries and rank their top 3 for each class. (7 points for 1st, 3 points for 2nd, 1 point for 3rd)

Judges will abstain from voting if they have an animal nominated in a class.

Votes will be tabulated from all participating judges to determine All-Wisconsin and Reserve All-Wisconsin awards. Ties will be broken by a vote from participating judges.
Recognition:
Junior All-Wisconsin winners will be announced at the Junior Holstein Convention and published in the winter issue of the Wisconsin Holstein News. All-Wisconsin winners will be announced at the Adult Convention in February and published in the Spring issue of the Wisconsin Holstein News.
