Standard Agreement for Exhibitors at WHA Sponsored Shows.

Instructions for using the online entry system can be downloaded here.

Note to exhibitors: Owners of all animals exhibited at the 2020 District and Championship Shows must be WHA members in good standing. Renewal memberships must be paid by May 15, 2020. If renewal of membership is not paid by May 15, 2020, a $50 late fee will be added. Out of state partners must also be paid members of the Wisconsin Holstein Association in order to show a partnership animal(s) at any WHA show. Along with the $50 membership fee there is a $50 show fee that must be paid before any animal owned by the out-of-state member is shown at a District or the Wisconsin Summer Championship Show.

Holstein Shows are very important to WHA members. With that in mind, we are moving forward with this year’s District and Championships shows. We will continue to closely monitor crowd size and CDC guidelines so we can adapt show dates and sites to meet state rulings. Please follow the WHA website and Facebook page for updates or changes. Should there be a change to a District Show date, exhibitors will receive a refund or have an opportunity to modify their entries.

Please contact the WHA office with any questions at 1-800-223-4269.
