WHY Lead is open to high school- and college-age Wisconsin Holstein Youth, 14 to 21 years of age. 2020's event will help you build your leadership skills in a fun way while allowing you to meet other Junior Holstein members!

WHY Lead is workshop held once per year to offer Wisconsin Holstein Youth opportunities to garner leadership skills through different topics and sessions with the goal of creating future dairy industry leaders.
